Our Quality Commitment

Every compound sold by Genix undergoes independent third-party purity testing by Freedom Diagnostics via HPLC-UV analysis. We stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right with your order, we will make it right.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging
  • The product has been stored correctly as specified (lyophilized compounds should be kept sealed and away from moisture and direct light)
  • You have contacted us before shipping any return to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number

Due to the nature of research compounds and applicable regulations, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used products.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund or return:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Products that have been improperly stored or handled after delivery
  • Orders affected by shipping address errors provided by the customer
  • Orders refused at delivery without prior authorization

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@genixpeps.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with your RA number and return instructions.

Do not ship any return without a valid RA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notification confirming receipt of the return
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective): We cover all return shipping costs
  • All other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. Genix is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order separately.
